8:30 – 9:00 – Meet at High School
9:00 – Parade starts
Order:
Fire Police (1st car)
Fire Trucks
Honor Guards
T-ball
Pony
Minors
Majors

Immediately following arrival at Sheaffers:

- Welcome speech
(welcome to our 65th Year of baseball in East Pennsboro Township)

- Introduce Teams T-Ball, Pony, Minors and Majors

Exact dates and times to be determined. You will be contacted by your child's coaches regarding team practice schedules.

8AM at Sheaffer Field - weather permitting.

Please bring Shovels, rakes (leaf & garden), gloves(not baseball), heavy push brooms if you can.

Due to the inclement weather, this Saturdays field maintenance day is canceled. Our next maintenance day will be on Saturday March 19th beginning at 8AM at Sheaffer Field.

**Tee-Ball, TEENER and returning Pony players DO NOT need to attend this evaluation event**
All other players should report at the following times:

Major Division (12 year olds) 1:15pm
Major Division (11 year olds) 1:45pm
Minor Division (9 & 10 year olds) 2:15pm
Pony Division (7 & 8 year olds) 3:15pm
(returning Pony players need not attend)
