Baseball Committee Meeting

EP Baseball Families, We will be having a baseball committee meeting Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sheaffer Field House. All parents, commissioners, coaches, assistant coaches, volunteers, and others are encouraged to attend.

Prior to the meeting, we will be taking pictures for Manager/Coach/Team Parent ID Badges starting at 6:15 p.m. The ID badges are new this year, and will be provided at no cost by Youth Sports Photo. They are required to be displayed by any Manager/Coach/Team Parent interacting with the kids. If you are filling one of these positions, please plan on being there on Tuesday to get you picture taken. You will not be allowed on the field or in the dugout area for practices or games without your ID badge.

Following the pictures for the ID badges, we will be discussing the following topics:

* Fundraising/Concession Stand/Spiritwear

* Team Rosters

* Managers/Coaches

* Practice Schedules

* Sponsors

* Field Day Follow-up

* Safety Meeting – Need to set date

* Equipment Purchased

* Opening Day
